Terms and Conditions for Booking KMRL Metro ticket on ONDC

5. The validity of QR ticket is at the end of the business day.
6. Once Entry is done, passengers should exit within 120 mins from the destination.
7. For Exit at Source station, Passenger should exit within 20 mins from the time of entry.
8. Tickets cannot be booked before and after Booking Hours.
9. For Single Journey, a single QR can be used only for one entry and exit.
10. For Group Journey, a Single QR can be used for total number of passenger entry and exit.
